I'm an independent artist who creates fandom-related Merchandise and original content. This US Based shop is operated Monday-Friday in the evening hours, when contacting please allow 24-48 hours for response.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
UK/EU/AUS/ECT.: Please be aware of the VAT that your country charges. I will not be collecting any VAT taxes, so make sure you pay the VAT charges when your package arrives.

PROCESSING TIMES: 
In-Stock Items will ship up to 10 business days after order is placed.
Domestic Shipping takes 5-7 Business Days to arrive.
International Shipping may take up to 30 Days depending on your Country.

Pre-order Items can take 2-4 Months for Production and Shipping!
Please keep this in mind before placing a pre-order.

ORDERS WITH A COMBINATION OF IN-STOCK & PRE-ORDERS WILL NOT SHIP UNTIL ENTIRE ORDER IS READY TO SHIP!

Anyone with a standing pre-order that they would like to add items
to:
If you would like to add items onto a current pre-order to avoid paying additional shipping charges DO NOT PLACE A SECOND ORDER! E-mail Ironystrikesdesigns@gmail.com with your Order Number (or name it was placed under if you do not have it) and the item/quantity you'd like added - a new invoice will be sent to you to pay to difference, and it will ship with the rest of your pre-order once ALL items have arrived. 

Note: If you want the item shipped immediately, you will need to place a second order and pay the additional shipping.

RESTOCKS:
No Design is guaranteed to be restocked!
Any listing marked Clearance will not be restocked in the future.
Messages inquiring about restocks will not be responded to!
Shop Updates are posted via Instagram when new & restocked items become available.

REFUND POLICY:
Refund & Exchanges are only offered on damaged products.
Refund requests must be sent within 5 days of receiving your order, with photos of damaged goods. Replacements are not guaranteed and are handled based on stock on hand. If a package is lost or misdelivered, a reattempt may be requested.
Shop may request a new delivery address from buyer in order to redeliver.
Cancellation requests must be made within 5 business days from order date.

** Cancellations requests made on standing pre-orders after 5 business days from purchase are case by case, with the nature of some products being made to order, like Ita Bags, your request to cancel may be denied. Please contact shop owner with details such as order number and I am happy to go over options with you! **

MISSING ITEMS:
Sometimes mistakes happen when processing orders, if you find you're missing or have received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we're happy to correct any issues! We may ask you to double check packages or for photos on incorrect items.

ADDRESS UPDATES/MISTAKES:
BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING YOUR INFORMATION IS CORRECT!
If an order delivery is impacted by a mistake in your address, you are responsible for any additional shipping costs to re-send orders.
Address updates can be requested within 10 business days from order placement - once the order has shipped, no updates can be made. 

Pre-order items that have a few months time-frame for production are able to request for an address change at anytime until orders begin shipping. Please contact the store owner asap to update.

Anyone requesting last minute pre-order cancellations or otherwise using abusive behavior towards the shop, including behaviors that go against the rules outlined above will be blacklisted and will not be permitted purchases from the shop in the future.
